With today’s high-priced insurance premiums, increased deductibles and co-pays, many people are unable to seek quality primary healthcare for themselves or for their family members. At Trident Healthcare, we want to provide quality healthcare for everyone by offering a variety of memberships for those who don’t have insurance to supplement medical expenses or to those who want to avoid pricey deductibles and co-pays. Patients can choose which membership plan best works for them and take advantage of the benefits that come along with each plan.
Children Memberships
$75 monthly; 2-18 years old
Includes Acute Care Visits, Well Visits, Sports physicals, Ear Wax Removal, At cost labs with partnership with nationally recognized lab
Adult Membership
$100 monthly; 19-64 years old
Includes Acute Care Visits, Well Visits, Sports physicals, Ear Wax Removal, At cost labs with partnership with nationally recognized lab
Couples Membership
2 Adults – $175 monthly; 19-64 years old living in the same home
Includes same benefits as the Adult Plan.
Single Parent Membership
1 Adult and up to 2 Children: $175 monthly
Includes same benefits as the Adult and Child plans
Family Membership
2 Adult and up to 3 Children: $250 monthly
Includes same benefits as the Adult and Child plans
